OPEN POSITIONS

Fire Alarm Technician

Full-Time · Field-Based · Greater Houston · Commercial & Industrial

 

Compensation: Highly competitive pay, commission-based salary, plus annual bonuses.

You’ll join our fire alarm division installing, servicing, and inspecting Kidde commercial fire alarm systems across a broad range of Houston commercial properties. As a Licensed Kidde dealer, we work with industry-leading equipment — and we need a technician who knows how to do the job right every time.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for installation, programming, and commissioning of commercial fire alarm systems per NFPA 72
  • Responsible for scheduled inspections, testing, and service of existing fire alarm systems across commercial accounts
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and deficiency documentation with applicable NFPA code references

Requirements

  • Texas Fire Alarm License issued by the State Fire Marshal’s Office (SFMO) required
  • Experience with Kidde or compatible commercial fire alarm systems preferred

Kitchen Hood Suppression Service Technician

Full-Time · Field-Based · Greater Houston · Restaurants, Hospitality & Healthcare

 

Compensation: Highly competitive pay, commission-based salary, plus annual bonuses.

You’ll service and inspect commercial kitchen hood suppression systems across a steady client mix of Houston restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and institutional kitchens. You’ll be the licensed expert on-site — we’ll make sure you have what you need to do the job correctly and efficiently every visit.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for inspection, testing, and servicing of kitchen hood suppression systems per NFPA 96 and AHJ requirements
  • Responsible for cylinder recharging and replacement of fusible links, nozzles, and detection components
  • Responsible for hood clearance, duct integrity, and suppression coverage zone verification

Requirements

  • Must possess an active Texas FEL-K (Fire Extinguisher License – Type K).
  • Experience servicing commercial kitchen environments (restaurants, hospitality, or healthcare) preferred
