- Inspection of buildings, hanger/seismic bracing, pipe, fittings and sprinklers
- Inspection and testing of control valves, alarm switches, gauges, backflow preventer, anti-freeze loops, fire department connections, and visible piping
- Inspection and trip test of dry, pre-action, and deluge systems

- Inspection of hoses, containers, and piping (Serviced as needed)
- Standpipe testing (including dry standpipe hydrostatic testing)

- FDC & Drain Inspection
Inspect fire department connections, caps, threads, clappers, and check valves.
- Alarm Component Testing
Confirm all alarm devices are in working condition.
- Spare Head Box Check
Ensure proper head supply and matching wrench are available.
- System Piping Review
Examine pipes, hangers, gauges, valves, and drains for condition and compliance.
- Air Compressor Function Test (if applicable)
Confirm activation and shutdown performance.
- Low-Pressure & Supervisory Tests
Test alarms, circuits, and auxiliary systems for proper function.
- Building & Use Changes
Review any changes in building use or hazard classification.
- Device Tagging & Documentation
Tag all required devices and complete detailed inspection records.
- Final Report & Recommendations
Deliver a clear summary of deficiencies, needed repairs, and code-compliant next steps. (Note: Inspection does not include design or engineering analysis.)
